Vikram, who has been garnering huge response for his performance in Ponniyin Selvan 2, is looking forward to Thangalaan which is expected to be released later this year.
Pa Ranjith, who is helming the project, opened up recently on the preparations the actor underwent to play the lead character in the period flick.
It is now said that the actor’s long pending movie ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ will be hitting the screens on 14 July.
An official announcement about the release date is expected soon.
There have been reports of the project being released in two parts and that it will be dubbed into Telugu and Hindi as well.
Directed by Gautham Menon, the movie stars Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, Radhika Sarathkumar, Parthiban and Dhivyadharshini among others.
