The first look poster of the upcoming sequel ‘Sardar 2’, has been released by the makers on social media.
The film stars Karthi in the lead role, who played dual characters in the first part. PS Mithran will be resuming his directorial duties for ‘Sardar 2’ as well.
The first look poster shows Karthi in a heavily bearded look, clad in suit as he stares right into you with a sword on his hand as he strikes a pose.
With the shooting in progress, the poster confirms that Yuvan Shankar Raja who was previously announced as music director, has been replaced by Sam CS, who will be reuniting with Karthi after ‘Kaithi’.
‘Sardar 2’ will release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada.
A release date is yet to be announced. Apart from Karthi, the sequel also stars SJ Suryah, Malavika Mohanan and Rajisha Vijayan.
