சென்னை பம்மலில் ஓவியப்பள்ளி நடத்திவரும் ஷேக் எழுதிய “காக்க காக்க உயிர் காக்க” என்ற நூல் வெளியீட்டு விழா நடந்தது. முதல் நூலை பேராசிரியர் சுப.வீரப்பாண்டியன் வெளியிட, வழக்கறிஞர் ஆறுமுகம் பெற்றுக் கொண்டார். இவ்விழாவிற்கு அனைத்திந்திய தமிழ் ந்ழுத்தாளர்கள் சங்கத்தின் பொதுச் செயலாளர் ராமானுஜம் தலைமை தாங்கினார். முன்னதாக பாத்திமா ஜரின் வரவேற்றார். விழாவில் மூத்த பத்திரிக்கையாளர் நவநீதன், முனைவர் இளமாறன், ஆடானை சுகுமார், ஹாரிஷ் உள்பட பல பிரமுகர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டார்கள். விழாவின் முடிவில் நூலாசிரியர் ஓவியர் மு.ஷேக் ஏற்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.
