Director Vignesh Karthick’s social satire sequel, ‘Hot Spot 2’ Much, has officially arrived on the digital space on February 20, 2026.
In a rare and ambitious distribution move, the film is streaming simultaneously on six different platforms: Amazon Prime Video, Aha, Lionsgate Play, Simply South (International), AP International South Cinema and Short Flix.
Starring an ensemble cast including Priya Bhavani Shankar, Ashwin Kumar, and Rakshan, the film explores controversial themes like toxic fan culture and identity through a “rage-bait” satirical lens.
After a modest theatrical run of Rs 3.3 crore, the film is expected to find a larger audience on OTT due to its experimental and conversation-starting narrative.
