Dhanush’s gritty action-thriller ‘Kara’ has officially secured Netflix as its digital streaming partner.
Reports suggest the deal was closed for a record-breaking sum, reflecting the high global demand for Dhanush’s work following his recent international projects.
Directed by Vignesh Raja, the film is set against the backdrop of the 1990s Gulf War and features a stellar cast including Mamitha Baiju and Suraj Venjaramoodu.
The film is locked for a grand theatrical release on April 30, 2026, and is expected to follow a four-to-six-week theatrical window before arriving on the platform in multiple languages.
