Actor Kamal Haasan has officially confirmed that he will be reuniting with superstar Rajinikanth on the big screen after a gap of 46 years.
The news was shared by Kamal Haasan himself at a recent awards event. He also hinted that the film will be a “Tharamaana Sambavam” (a fantastic event).
While an official announcement from the production house is still awaited, reports suggest that the movie will be a gritty gangster drama and will be helmed by director Lokesh Kanagaraj.
The two legends last appeared together in the 1979 film ‘Ninaithale Inikkum’. The film is likely to be produced by Raaj Kamal Films International.
