Director Adhik Ravichandran, fresh off the success of the gangster action drama ‘Good Bad Ugly’, has shared a defining update on his second consecutive collaboration with Ajith Kumar, tentatively titled AK64.
Speaking during the recent re-release celebrations of Ajith’s cult classic Mankatha, Adhik confirmed that shooting is scheduled to commence in February 2026.
Interestingly, the director noted that while their previous outing was a treat for “hardcore fans,” AK64 is being specifically designed as a complete entertainer for family audiences.
He teased that the film holds many “unexpected surprises” regarding the cast and technical crew that will be revealed one by one.
