Taking note of the Covid-19 spread in Tamil Nadu, the State government today announced cancellation of the class 10 public exams.
Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami, after chairing a high level meeting, said all students will be declared pass and marks will be given based on the previous performance (80%) of students and attendance (20%).
Class 11 pending public exams will also be cancelled, he said and also announced postponement of class 12 pending public exam.
