Namrata Shirodkar, wife of Mahesh Babu, has appreciated the dedication hard work of doctors and medical staff in providing treatment to patients during the novel Covid-19 pandemic times.
Sharing a picture of a team of doctors holding a baby, she wrote: “Yet another success story with the team at Andhra hospital!! Really appreciate the doctors helping people in the hour of need even during such troubled times, taking care of these babies and giving them a life worth living.”
The yesteryear actress said, “Extremely happy to know that the child has recovered and is ready to be discharged from the hospital. Blessings to the boy and his family… Thank you once again for doing this. #savingbabies #coronatimes.”
Stating that film stars are not super heroes, Mahesh Babu had recently requested everyone to be kind and courteous towards medical workers, whom he lovingly called “super heroes”.
“I stand in gratitude for all health workers who are working selflessly and tirelessly to keep us safe and secure in these trying times,” the top Tollywood star said.
“We must come to understand that they’re doing this to safeguard us. While it is hard to risk your own life, it is harder to leave behind people you love and be in a war zone,” he had said.
