Hide and seek

– Review
Hero Venkat Reddy has an abusive childhood. He starts living a lonely life after becoming an adult.
He is scared that someone is stalking him. He reaches out to the police with the help of a friend.
What happens next, why it happens and who that mysterious person is forms the crux of the story.
Debutant Venkat Reddy has displayed a variety of emotions including fear, anxiety and anger.
It is almost a one man show and Venkat has managed to pull it off. Female lead Upasana comes in very limited scenes.
Rest of the cast have also done their job well.
Debutant director Sandeep Sai does a decent job by keeping the suspense alive till the very end.
Though the first half is a bit confusing and slow, it is compensated for in the second half.
Special credits should be given for cinematographer K B Prabhu and editor Anil Krish for their work. Jose Franklin’s music is adequate for the theme of the film.
