– Review
Bharath and Vani Bhojan are in love with each other and lead a happy family residing in an apartment gifted by Vani Bhojan’s father.
However, the course of their relationship takes an unexpected turn within just a year of their marriage.
When Vani Bhojan shares that she is pregnant, it complicates their already strained relationship.
Bharat who has become an alcoholic due to the loss in his business, hits Vani Bhojan and she dies.
Shocked by this Bharat tries to dispose of her body and hide traces of the murder. What did he do after that, Did he get caught forms the rest of the story.
Directed by R P Bala, the movie touches upon human emotions and its complex nature.
The director also touches upon the unaddressed issues in a marriage including extramarital affair and physical abuse.
Bharath is convincing in his role and has portrayed the emotions that his character undergoes in an effective manner.
Vani Bhojan appears for a brief period, but creates the much needed impact for her role.
Vivek Prasanna and Daniel Annie Pope play Bharat’s friend in the movie and have delivered what was expected from them.
The technical aspects of the movie were passable with neat camerawork by P G Muthaiah and music by Ronnie Raphael.
