நடிகர் மன்சூர் அலிகான் தான் கதாநாயகனாக நடிக்க இருந்த கைதி பட வாய்ப்பு பறிபோனதிலிருந்து, கிடைக்கும் அதிரி, புதிரி நகைச்சுவை வேடங்களில் பட்டையைக்கிளப்பிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.
சமீப காலமாக போராட்டம் வழக்கு ஜெயில், தேர்தல் பிரச்சாரம் என்று சென்று கொண்டிருந்த அவர் தற்போது படப்பிடிப்புத் தளம் வீடு என தன் கவனம் முழுதுவதையும் நடிப்பிலே செலுத்தத் துவங்கி இருக்கிறார். பெரும்பாலும் அலைபேசியில் கூட அவரை பிடிக்க முடியவில்லை.அவருக்கு அழைத்தால் அவரது மேனஜர் தான் போனை எடுக்கிறார். நீண்ட முயற்சிக்குப் பிறகு மன்சூர் அலிகானைத் தொடர்பு “ஏன் தொடர்பு எல்லைக்கு அப்பால் இருக்குறீர்கள்?” என்று கேட்டபோது,
“என் மகளுக்குத் திருமண வரன் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன். மகளுக்கு நீதிபதி ஆக வேண்டும் என்பது கனவு. அதற்காக அவர் படித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். படிப்பின் போதே திருமணம் நடத்தி வைக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஆசைப்படுகிறேன். மேலும் இப்போது நிறைய படங்களிலும் நடித்து வருகிறேன். கெளதம் மேனன் இயக்கும் படம், இயக்குநர் சற்குணத்தின் படம், தங்கர் பச்சான் இயக்கும் படம், ரெஜினா கசன்ட்ராவோடு ஒரு படம், விமல், விக்ரம் பிரபு ஆகியோரின் படங்களிலும் நடித்து வருகிறேன். மனிதர்கள் மீதான அன்பும் செய்யும் தொழில் மீதான பற்றும் தான் என்னை இப்போது உற்சாகமாக்கி வருகிறது. சினிமா வாழ்விலும் என் வீட்டிலும் இன்னும் பல நல்ல செய்திகள் வரும்” என்றார்
