Arun Vijay shines in this cop drama

– Review

Arun Vijay is a honest cop who puts his duty above family. During a certain situation, he misses a family commitment and is held up at work.
During this time, his wife goes missing and is found dead. Why was his wife murdered? Did Arun Vijay find out the murder forms the rest of the story.
Directed by GNR Kumaravelan, the first half of the movie sets a decent premise.  However, as the movie progresses, the sequences get cliched without much twists and turns.
The second half becomes predictable. Arun Vijay has once again pulled off the role of a cop in a convincing manner.
The way he carries the character is one of the biggest strengths of the movie. As usual he shines in the stunt sequences which are terrifically choreographed.
Pallak Lalwani has done a decent job. Her chemistry with Arun Vijay has worked out well.
With the entire movie revolving around her character, she creates an impact. Shabir’s background score is impressive. S Gopinath’s camerawork is impressive.

Rating: 3.5/5
