– Review

Murugan is a journalist who wants to write the story of people who have had terrifying paranormal experiences.
He travels to Malaysia and gets to know the story of Shankar who had encountered paranormal experiences along with his friends. What is the experience that Shankar and his friends had?
How did that impact their life forms the rest of the story. Director J K Wicky has delivered a gripping and spooky horror movie.
All the events in the film are made in a quite believable manner without going overboard anywhere.
The detailing of each and every character is what makes the movie more realistic.
There are enough spooky elements, twists and turns to keep the audience on the edge of their seat.
Mirchi Raman makes his debut as an actor and has delivered a solid performance. He does complete justice to the role.
Rest of the crew including Dinesh Sarathy, Ganesh Manoharan and Loganathan have delivered natural performances making the movie closer to reality.
The movie has a sound technical team as well. Cinematographer Mohammed Ali’s camerawork has captured Malaysia beautifully.
Shah’s music and Jason’s sound design adds more strength to the movie.

Rating: 3.6/5
