– Review
Vijay Vishwa and Naleep Zia are orphans and they grow up together from their childhood.
Mahana falls in love with Vijay Vishwa. Mahana’s brother John Vijay comes to know about their love. He not only opposes this but also threatens Vijay Vishwa.
Naleep Zia confronts John Vijay and says that he will get Mahana to Vijay Vishwa.
While Naleep begins the marriage works, John Vijay also plans to stop the marriage.
One day Naleep goes missing and Vijay thinks that John Vijay has murdered his friend and approaches the court.
However, it is later revealed that John Vijay did not murder Naleep. What happened to Naleep? Was he able to get Vijay Vishwa and Mahana forms the rest of the story.
Director Kevin Joseph has made the story based on friendship and love. The story is not new and the screenplay also could have been better.
The director leaves his mark in the way in which he has presented the film.
Vijay Vishwa has done his part well and stays true to his character. However, there is still scope for improvement in the acting department.
Naleep Zia as the second hero is impressive and delivered what was expected from him. Mahana as the lover does not have much to do but shines in the character that she has got.
John Vijay has delivered his usual performance and is one of the pillars of the movie. Rest of the cast including Jangri Madhumitha have all done their part well.
Cinematographer Prasath Arumugam has captured the locations in Kanyakumari beautifully. Music by Jayaprakash with local flavour is impressive.
