Arun Vijay is making arrangements to leave for London for his daughter lyal’s surgery and transfers Rs 30 lakh as hawala transaction, which he could collect in London in return for a Rs 10 note.However, Arun Vijay is arrested and is jailed in Wandsworth prison, which is where the plot unfolds.

Arun Vijay begins to encounter characters from his past and he is now stuck in between saving his daughter and letting notorious criminals out of prison.

Directed by AL Vijay, Mission-Chapter I doesn’t fall into action films stereotypes.

Vijay sets up the characters and the story well before all hell breaks loose.

The story is highly predictable with each passing scene, but the narration makes the proceedings interesting.

Arun Vijay is in his element in this action packed avatar. He unleashes his wild side in the action sequences and is impressive in the emotional portions as well.

Amy Jackson is good in her role and she took the effort to dub for her character. Abi Hassan delivers a neat performance.

Iyal, Nimisha Sajjayan and Bharat Bopanna have done justice to their characters.

GV Prakash’s music adds more momentum to the plot. Rest of the technical aspects are good as well.
