A youthful entertainer
Hostel
– Review
Ashok Selvan lives in a hostel in which Nasser is a strict warden. Ashok Selvan is in need of money and coming to know about this Priya Bhavani Shankar offers him money to take her inside the hostel.
Ashok takes up the offer and agrees to take Priya inside the hostel. What happens in the hostel and why Priya wanted to go there in the first place forms the rest of the story.
Director Sumanth Radhakrishnan has delivered a fun-filled youthful entertainer which ticks almost all the boxes. There are so many fun elements in the movie which will keep the audience engaged.
Ashok Selvan is at his best as a final year college student without much dreams or motivation in life. Priya does a decent job and does justice to her role.
The combination scenes between Nasser and his assistant Munishkanth are too good.
On the flip side, a few scenes that hinder the flow of the movie could have been avoided to make the movie all the more enjoyable. Music by Bob Shashi adds more value to the story.
