The latest buzz in Tollywood is that Kollywood top star Vijay would do a cameo in ace director S S Rajamouli’s upcoming venture ‘RRR’, which has NTR Junior and Ram Charan in lead roles.
According to sources, it is an interesting cameo and Vijay gaves his nod to do it as soon as he was approached by Rajamouli, since the actor is a huge admirer of the director.
A motion poster of ‘RRR’ was released recently to mark the occasion of Telugu New Year Ugadi. The fiery poster, explaining the meaning of ‘RRR’, displayed the letters ‘Ratham’, ‘Rowdhram’ and ‘Ranam’. It had the sketches of Ram Charan and NTR Junior running against each other and then joining hands.
Last month, it emerged that the pre-release business of ‘RRR’ had shattered the numbers of his earlier venture ‘Baahubali’. According to trade experts, the multi-starrer had made over Rs 400 business from South India and overseas alone. According to reports, Dil Raju has acquired the theatrical rights of ‘RRR’ in the Nizam for a massive Rs 75 crore.
Sai Korrapati of Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram has bagged the distribution rights for Ceded and Vizag by paying a whopping sum of Rs 40 crore and Rs 30 crore respectively.
