Tamannah Bhatia, who returned home from Covid-19 quarantine to rousing reception, has started taking steps, or baby steps in her own words, to build stamina.
Along with a video, she posted, “It’s time to take baby steps and get back my stamina. This is an extremely important step after recovering from coronavirus. Keep going but make sure you listen to your body.”
Tamannah, who had recently tested positive for Covid-19, has returned to her home in Mumbai after successfully completing quarantine period in Hyderabad.
In a video, she said, “It feels really good to be back home. It has been so crazy, but I am grateful that it is all over and done with. Now, I can get back to living life and do the things that I want to do. These 14 days… well, there was a lot to process and I will put out another video on the things I went through. But for now, I am happy to be home.”
According to Tamannah, “I didn’t know that I would be back home so soon after the lockdown. I thought I will get consumed by work. Nevertheless, I am going to take a short break and then get back to to work.
I thank people for showering me with so much of love and warmth. I am perfectly fine now and I will start work on building my stamina and immunity.”
