The recent incidents of the deaths of Sathankulam traders Jayaraj and his son Benix in police custody and the brutal rape and murder of a seven-year-old girl in Pudukottai had sent shock waves on social media.
Many, including celebrities, condemned both the incidents and sought strong action against the wrong-doers. However, Prasanna has a different take on these things.
The ‘Five Star’ and ‘Mafia’ actor says people talk about something for a few days and forget about it later after something new emerges.
“Jayalalitha or jayaraj or jayapriya its only until the next sensational death/murder/rape news. Then the justice seeking hashtags change,” he tweeted.
Prasanna, who is busy with a string of movies, added: “But what has to actually change never change! Tired of all of this. Sadness creeps! “MARADHI ORU DESIYA VYAADHI”.
