My wounds are deeper than my flesh: Prakash Raj

Talking about Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide, Prakash Raj has said that he too has lived through nepotism in the film industry and has wounds deeper than his flesh.

The actor has shared a video of Sushat which was shot at an awards function, in which he says, “Nepotism is there and it’s everywhere. It’s not just in Bollywood. So you can’t do anything about it, but yes, if nepotism can co-exist, nothing would happen.”

The Bollywood actor adds: “But at the same time if you delibrately don’t allow right talents to come up, then there is a problem. Then the whole structure of the industry would collapse one day.”

Prakash Raj wrote: “#nepotism I have lived through this .. I have survived … my wounds are deeper than my flesh ..but this child #SushanthSinghRajput couldn’t.. will WE learn .. will WE really stand up and not let such dreams die .. #justasking”.

The death of Sushant has shocked not just the Bollywood, but the whole country. Many south Indian actors and actresses have condoled his death and offered their tributes to him.
