Rakul Preet, who has been active on social media, has shared with his followers how she begins her day and spends time in a healthy and happy manner.
“It’s really healthy and I’ve seen the kind of difference it has made in my life. First thing I have in the morning after half a litre of hot water is fenugreek seeds and black raisins that have been soaked overnight. After that I make my ghee coffee,” she said.
She added: “Black raisins have boron which is very good for bone health. Women are usually deficient of iron but these raisins are packed with it and it controls your cravings. A doctor told me I would have healthier skin and age slower if I had black raisins and I’ve stuck to them ever since.”
The actress, who is popular in Kollywood and Tollywood, has said she is ‘extremely addicted’ to this coffee. She added she makes it with 5 grams of organic ghee, a teaspoon coffee powder, some collagen and hot water. “This is my most favourite drink, it’s nice and frothy. I’ve been having it for three years now and I cannot travel without it.”
According to Rakul Preet, after her coffee she goes for a walk or finishes her workout and has her breakfast only an hour after.
