Post Covid. We are not sure when and where is the post? Apparently, the Government have also got tired and let it to be handled by the people themselves upon their own protection and safety.

Some experts opine that, the lockdown period was a well thought out process and planned strategy by WHO and recommended to all Nations as everyone was caught unaware by the Covid-19 and without any precedence.

I got a picture of Shankaracharya (Maha Periyava), which quoted his saying, whenever your mind gets disturbed, worried, feared or restless, stay quiet in a place and concentrate on the divine for few minutes without any action. Your mind will attain calmness and clarity of thought will be there for the next step.

The lockdown is a term derived and planned with reference to such quotes from our sadhus and saints. During lockdown how much lessons we all have learnt and post lockdown all those will be brought in action.

This is called providential dispensation and “all that happens is for good.”

The lockdown period helped the control of the spread and as well helped the Government to prepare themselves and educate the public to a greater extent about the pandemic and precautions to be taken.

The respective Governments also enforced social distancing and sanitising every place of home or work and also about self-hygiene during the lockdown period.

Ensured that enough mask is in circulation and also sanitizers in the markets.

Since, there is no vaccine at this moment, we need to protect ourself and live with this situation. Social distancing from our new member (Corona Virus).

We believe, trust and hope and have faith in our medical fraternity and experts to come up with a vaccine as soon as possible.

Belief – This is the most important trait for a human being. Our Mother believed that, we will be born and that is how we are here.

Children are always happy and rejoicing as they believe that that their parents are there to take care of themselves.

A girl is wedded to a boy and leaves her parents and goes with the boy to start a new life with her husband or lover, as she believed that, she is safe and will be taken care all through her life.

Believe that, everything will change for better. Never allow any doubts to surface.

Trust – Have Trust in God and that things will change for better.

We trust our Government that they are doing everything best for our safety and protection.

We trust that our armed forces at the Borders are at vigil all the time and will take care of our Nation’s Sovereignty.

Our parents trusted the Doctors and Nurses at the Labor ward and we all were born.

Why get worried, have trust that, all will be better.

An interesting quote from a situation from the epic of Ramayan.

Sita mata was under seige and captivity of Ravan at Lanka and was worried very much that, she may be molested or abused by Ravan.

She decided to commit suicide by creating the fire and flame. She had the powers in her to create fire at anytime.

Just about she was to invoke the fire goddess to come in and burn her up a thought arose in her mind.

I have the powers to lull myself at any time, I wish and why not trust that Ram will come and save me.

This thought kept her away the suicidal decision as she trusted that Ram will save her.

Her trust in Ram gave Ram the power to come in to Lanka and kill Ravan and rescue her and take her back to Ayodhya.

Similarly, we trust in our Doctors to save our kin during times of health emergencies.

Always believe and trust that, “all is well”

Hope – Hope is the driving force. We must hope for a better tomorrow and future.

Mahatma Gandhi had all his hope like many other freedom fighters that India will get independence.

He believed in himself, trusted his people and friends and that gave the hope and confidence that India will be freed.

Mohamed Ghazni took the learning from a spider and believed in himself, trusted his armed forces and hoped to win the battle and he won.

This reminds me of a live incident. One of my very close friend, (we both can shed our lives for each other – no one knows about our bonding and we never exhibit in public). Whenever, I am worried or confused this person will call me from nowhere and that will give the confidence and hope instantly.

This friend of mine was once walking on the pedestrian side of the road. He has this habit of “walk by talk” on mobile phone.

On the way home from the factory, he had to walk up to the main road and take a cab.

As usual our drainage workers tend to keep the drainage open as it was a new line being built up.

This guy while walking the talk, falls down straight in to that. Before he could realise what was happening, he was inside the drain.

Luckily, it was a new like and hence, no gutter water and gas was there.

The height of trouble was that it was just at the corner of the airport road in Mumbai suburbs. You can imagine the noise on the road.

Getting out of his shock and having realised where he is, this guy still believed, trusted and hoped that definitely he will be saved.

This thought gave him all the powers and he started screaming out of his voice. God had blessed him with a very strong voice.

Now, providential dispensation is that, he had to be saved and with heavy traffic noise on the road, where there was no chance of anyone to hear, one person heard him and that is God sent.

He tried to look through the drainage and found this guy screaming for help. He immediately alerted the traffic police and other passer by and the Fire services team were called and with lot of efforts he got saved.

Just while narrating this, I can feel the chill in my spine.

Hence, believe, trust and hope and have faith in God that you will be saved from all calamities and situation.

Faith – One of my friend who is a Master Degree Holder in technology and called me two days back. In fact, the thought for this article came up immediately after his call.

He believes and trusts me as a good friend, guide and philosopher. That is how he called me as he felt down and lost motivation.

I asked him the following questions as I knew his life path very well.

1. Did you expect that, from a remote village in one part of the Country during your school days that you will be living and working in the largest city of India?

2. Did you expect that, you will become a Masters Degree Holder in technology during your school days.

3. Do you remember the day you were feeling totally lost and down and we’re praying in a temple to save you from the despair as you were already married with a kid.

I asked him when, you can come from a remote village to live in the city, when you could become a Masters degree holder in technology and when you got a call immediately after coming out of the temple for a job offer with very good salary, who controlled all of these situations.

These words helped him to regain all confidence and he is happy.

Same power which controlled the above three situations and brought you up in life, the same power will be there to take you through this period. Have faith in that power and you may call it by any name and that is the supreme power, GOD.

HE is the Giver of life to the World.

HE is the Organiser of all the events in the World.

He is the Destroyer of all wicked, evil thoughts, actions and people.

Just believe, trust and hope with the faith in God that all is for good.

All that is happening in this World are providential dispensation.

“Whatever has to happen, Will happen and Will be for good.”
Dedicated to all believers
