After haters of Rajinikanth, including some politicians, reported that a video by him, urging people to stay indoors during ‘Janata Curfew’ for coronavirus had some wrong information, Twitter removed the video.
This led to an uproar on the microblogging platform and Rajinikanth fans explained with facts and videos that there was nothing wrong in the clip released by superstar. Twitter realised its mistake soon and shared a fresh tweet by Rajinikanth, and hailed him as ‘thalaiva’.
“COVID-19 குறித்த துல்லியமான தகவல்களைப் பரப்புவதை உறுதி செய்வதில் எங்களுடன் இணைந்ததற்கு நன்றி தலைவா,” posted Twitter India, along with Rajini’s tweet on coronavirus.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth’s ‘Into The Wild’ with Bear Gryls will be aired on Discovery tonight at 8 PM. But it is already available for premium users.
“#RajiniHour is here! All super-fans tune in now to catch the premiere of ‘Into the Wild with @beargrylls and Superstar @Rajinikanth
‘ only on #DiscoveryPlus app and website http://discoveryplus.com #RajiniFirstOnDiscoveryPlus #IntoTheWild ,” said a post from Discovery.
