A lot is cooking about Vijay’s next movie and the latest buzz is that it would be directed by actor-filmmaker Samuthirakani. The ‘thalapathy’ is currently working on ‘Master’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of ‘Maanagarm’ and ‘Kaithi’ fame.
In a recent interview, Samuthirakani said that he had already narrated a script to Vijay and the actor has asked him to wait for the right time to start the project.
It is to be noted that directors Magizh Thirumeni, Vetrimaaran, Perarasu, Mohan Raja and Arun Raja Kamaraj have also narrated their scripts to Vijay and are awaiting a confirmation call from the actor.
Vijay Sethupathi, Andrea Jeremiah, Malavika Mohanan, Shantanu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, Sriman, Srinath, Sanjeev Gouri Kishan, Brigida and VJ Ramya play key roles in ‘Master’, which has musical score by Anirudh Ravichander.
Malavika Mohanan, who took a break from the sets of ‘Master’, recently resumed shooting for the movie. Uploading a picture of her father with Lokesh Kanagaraj from the sets of the movie, the ‘Petta’ and ‘Vandha Rajavathaan Varuven’ actress wrote, “It’s ‘bring your dad to work day’.” The film is scheduled to hit the screens for summer 2020.
