Dhanush, along with his wife Aishwarya R Dhanush and sons Linga and Yatra, vvisited the Lord Muruga temple in Palani and offered prayers. Palani is one of the six abodes of Lord Muruga and the National Award winning actor offered prayers for the success of his upcoming film ‘Pattaas’, sources said.
During his temple visit, Dhanush was sporting handlebar mustache like his father-in-law superstar Rajinikanth in ‘Petta’ and this is said to be one of his looks in his upcoming film being directed by Karthik Subbaraj, who helmed ‘Petta’ as well.
Shooting for the movie came to an end recently and Dhanush tweeted: “That’s a wrap for D40. One of the quickest films I have done. It was a pleasure to work with such a quirky , sensible and visionary film maker like @karthiksubbaraj this one is going to be special.”
Aishwarya Lakshmi, James Cosmo and Sanjana Natrajan play key roles in the movie, produced by Sashikanth’s Y Not Studios. Shreyas has handled the cinematography for the film and Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music. A single is expected to be unveiled soon.
