Nithya Menen has revealed that her very first scene in Mysskin-directed ‘Psycho’ would involve her scolding the film’s protagonist Udhayanidhi Stalin with a cuss word. “It was a very bad word and I didn’t even know its meaning while filming the scene,” she said.
Stating that she came to know the meaning of the particular word only later, the ‘OK Kanmani’ and ‘Mersal’ actress said she then immediately went to Udhayanidhi and felt bad about using the word at him. “But he was very cool,” she said.
The teaser of the movie, which runs for 70 seconds, was released by Mani Ratnam a few days ago. It reveals that the film is a murder mystery and Udhayanidhi plays a visually challenged man in the film. One of the highlights of the teaser, apart from visuals, is the musical score by maestro Ilayaraja.
Aditi Rao Hyadri, Nithya Menen and director Ram play key roles in ‘Psycho’, produced by Double Meaning Productions. The film has camera by Tanvir Mir. The movie is expected to hit the screens soon. Sources say that Udhayanidhi is pinning big hopes on ‘Psycho’ and considers it as one of the important films in his career.
