Bobby Simha, who had shared the screen space with superstar Rajinikanth in Karthik Subbaraj-directed ‘Petta’, is now all set to work with Kamal Haasan in ‘Indian 2’ helmed by Shankar.
According to sources, the ‘Jigarthanda’ and ‘Saamy Square’ actor has been roped in for an interesting role in the sequel to ‘Indian’, which is being bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
Shooting for ‘Indian 2’ will resume on August 19. The film, sources said, will be predominantly shot in Rajahmundry and Hyderabad, besides abroad.
Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar and Aishwarya Rajesh have also been signed for the movie, which will have musical score by Anirudh Ravichander.
In a recent Instagram post, Priya Bhavani Shankar said, “So this big thing has been exciting me for a while now. I believe in the universe and the universe gives you what you demand with your actions.”
