We had reported already that there were plans to postpone the release of Prabhas’ ‘Saaho’ from the originally scheduled date of August 15. Now the team has come out with an explanation.
In a statement, the movie’s spokesperson said, “We want to bring the best to the audience. For bringing finesse to the action sequences we need some more time.”
“Though we are shifting the date from Independence Day, we also want to stick to the month of Independence and patriotism with Saaho. We are dedicated to bringing the biggest movie on the largest scale,” the spokesperson added.
Shraddha Kapoor, Arun Vijay, Mandira Bedi, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, and Lal play key roles in the flick, directed by Sujeeth and produced by UV Creations.
Touted to be the second-biggest film of Prabhas after the ‘Baahubali’ series, the film has Madhie of ‘Endrendrum Punnagai’ fame cranking the camera and Ghibran composing the background score.
