Trisha has touched the magical 60th film mark with ‘Paramapatham Vilayattu’, a film directed by Thirugnanam. In a short video released on social media, the actress has spilled the beans on the movie.
“This is a political thriller and my first film in this genre. It’s about what happens inside a forest in a single night,” says the ‘Mankatha’ and ‘Ghillie’ heroine.
For his part, the director states: “The film is set inside a forest and our entire team is confident about the product. We have shot in the jungles of Yercaud and outskirts of Chennai.”
He adds: “We are releasing the trailer on her birthday, May 4, and this one is special for her. She has worked extremely hard to get the action sequences right. She plays a mother, who is a doctor by profession.”
Heaping laurels on Trisha, he says, ” She would report on set two hours before time and would coordinate with all the technicians. She would rehearse her shot and be ready for the take. For someone with her kind of experience, she doesn’t have to do it. But she wanted to perfect every scene of hers.” The film has music by Amrish.
