When Sivakarthikeyan came to know that Sahana, a student from cyclone Gaja affected Pookkollai village scored 524 out of 600 in the recent plus two examinations, he was happy.
But, when he came to know that she was unable to take up her dream MBBS course due to her financial condition, he became sad. Immediately, he came forward to accept her educational expenses.
In the past, Sivakarthikeyan accepted the educational expenses of agriculture activist ‘Nel’ Jayaraman’s son. These gestures of Sivakarthikeyan have been winning the accolades of many.
Meanwhile on the professional front, the ‘Remo’ and ‘Rajini Murugan’ actor is busy with ‘Mr Local’ helmed by Rajesh M, ‘Hero’ directed by Mithran of ‘Irumbuthirai’ fame, a sci-fi movie by Ravikumar and a project with Vignesh Shivan etc.
Recently, from the originally planned release date of May 1, Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Mr Local’ was pushed to May 17. The film which has Nayanthara as heroine is produced by K E Gnanavelraja of Studio Green.
