Trisha will be seen playing the lead role in a woman-centric thriller movie, the script of which was penned by director A R Murugadoss.
The film, which is yet to be titled, will be helmed by Murugadoss’ former assistant Saravanan, who had made movies like ‘Ivan Vera Madhiri’ and the critically acclaimed ‘Engeyum Eppodhum’.
“Saravanan, after a fatal accident, has recovered. Murugadoss wanted him to direct a film to mark his comeback and hence gave his own script to him,” sources said.
While Murugadoss is currently busy with Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Darbar’, Trisha is doing a bunch of movies, including ‘Garjanai’, ‘Sathuranga Vettai 2’, a film with Simran and ‘Paramapadham Vilayattu’.
Sources say Trisha is happy with bagging a great role in the script penned by Murugadoss.
