The Tamil Film Producers Council is reportedly planning to issue red card against actor Bobby Simha, for posing hurdles to the release of his recent venture ‘Agni Devi’.
After Simha filed a case against the makers of ‘Agni Devi’, it is said that the producers approached TFPC and the actor was invited for a meet to sort out issues.
However, sources said Simha did not attend the meet. Following this, the Council is planning to issue red card against him. Recently, Simha lodged a complaint with the police against John Paulraj, the director of ‘Agni Devi’.
The ‘Jigarthanda’ and ‘Petta’ actor has said in his complaint that he only acted for five days in ‘Agni Devi’ and opted out of the film after the director shot scenes which were in no way in sync with the script narrated to him.
Simha added that most of the scenes in the film featuring him were shot with body double and VFX. The actor had already filed a petition in the Civil Court in Coimbatore on this issue.
