No, don’t get us wrong. This is not about Madhavan’s hunt for animals, but search for locations in Georgia for ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’.
In a video from Georgia, Madhavan said, “It’s cold with minus six degrees and we have long night shoot to happen here.”
When ‘Rocketry- The Nambi Effect’, a biopic on the life of scientist S Nambi Narayanan was announced, it was said the film would be jointly directed by Ananth Mahadevan and Madhavan (who wold also play the lead role).
However recently, Madhavan had said that he would solely direct the project. “Ananth Mahadevan is an extremely talented filmmaker. However, owing to unavoidable circumstances and certain pressing commitments he could no longer direct Rocketry – The Nambi Effect,” the ‘Minnale’ actor said in a statement.
“Rocketry is close to my heart for many reasons. The film is shaping up well and I can’t wait to tell the incredible story of Nambi Narayanan to the world,” added Madhavan.
Madhavan recently revealed that he sat on a chair for 14 hours non-stop, to wear make-up. Releasing a video in this connection, the actor said, “When getting in the character take 2 years and getting the look in place take 14 hrs on the chair.”
