Superstar Rajinikanth is keeping himself busy with too many things ever since he reached Chennai from Varanasi late last week, after completing the shoot of ‘Petta’.
The superstar, who met the media at the Chennai airport immediately after his arrival, expressed his views on the recent Supreme Court judgement on allowing women in the age group of 10-15 to enter Sabarimala temple and the #MeToo movement.
Then he had consultation meetings with office-bearers of Rajini Makkal Mandram and advisors on floating political party. And he also spared time to watch ‘Ratsasan’ and ‘Pariyerum Perumal’.
He called Vishnu Vishal after watching ‘Ratsasan’ and said, “It’s a fantastic film, you were brilliant and looked super fit. Your combination with the director is awesome”.
Also, he called Pa Ranjith, the producer of ‘Pariyerum Perumal’ and said: “The film gave me goosebumps, you have made it like a novel and it was an endearing experience.’
Not just that, the ‘thalaivar’ issued a strong statement on Tuesday, and told his fans that success cannot be achieved in politics with just fan clubs. “We cannot get what we want in politics without the support of general public,” he said and added that changes are being made to the Mandram only with his approval.
