Only a few days ago we had reported that director Gautham Vasudev Menon is all set to make the second part of his romantic blockbuster ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya’ with Simbu in the lead and musical score by A R Rahman.
But there seems to be a slight change in the project. While it is true that the trio is coming together once again, it is now said the film will not be a sequel to ‘VTV’, but something else.
“Yes, it is an out and out commercial action venture and Gautham will be making such a film for the first time in his nearly two-decades long career,” sources say.
‘VTV’ which was released in 2010 become the most favourites love film of the youngsters. Simbu and Trisha played the lead roles in the flick, named Karthik and Jessy, and their characters are still remembered by many.
