Shriya Saran is pinning big hopes on young director Karthik Naren’s ‘Naragasooran’, which has her in lead role alongside Arvind Swami, Sundeep Kishan and Indrajith.
During a recent media interaction in Chennai, she said, “the film will be an engaging entertainer. The storyline is different. Karthick and I had detailed discussion about my role before the shoot. He was very clear about his priorities.”
On her dream role, the ‘Sivaji’ and ‘Azhagia Tamil Magan’ actress stated, “I want to do a dance-based film. It can even be the biopic of a great Indian classical dancer. Dance is my biggest passion. And I love to travel a lot.”
Asked her about working with Arvind Swami, she said, “He is friendly, hard working and has in-depth knowledge about cinema.” And on Rajinikanth, she said, “I was fortunate to work with Rajini sir so early in my career. It was a fabulous experience. He is very humble an down-to-earth. He treats everyone with respect. An inspirtaional man. “
