Iruttu Araiyil Muratthu Kuthu
Director Santhosh and actor Gautham Karthik have lived up to the expectations they generated in ‘Hara Hara Mahadevaki’, for ‘Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu’ is an 100 per cent adult humour film.
If you are not ready to bother about logic and characterisation, and is game for a fun-filled sex comedy added with horror, theatres screening ‘IAMK’ may be your destination this weekend.
Veera (Gautham Karthik) is being viewd as Casanavoa which is why his marriage gets delayed. Finally, a beautiful girl named Thendral (Vaibhavi) comes forward to marry him. But she has a condition.
In a bid to understand Veera well, she proposes a week-long dating plan. Following this, Veera, Thendral, Veera’s friend Vasu (Shah Ra) and his girlfriend Kavya (Yaashika) leave for Thailand.
They stay in a house in Thailand without knowing that it is haunted by a ghost, that too a ‘virgin ghost’ which is starving for sex. The ghost drives the two women away.
Now the two men have to take up the challenge of ‘satisfying’ the ghost. But the one who does it will die. Are the youngsters able to escape from the clutches of the ghost?
Gautham Karthik looks handsome and shines in the dance and comic portions. Shah Ra scores with dialogue modulation and he can be expected as hero’s friend in the movies to come. The lead ladies have mainly been used for glamour quotient.
Though the film is largely funny, it lacks depth and characterisation. But it has served its target audience well by dishing out sex jokes almost every scene.
