In a sudden trip, superstar Rajinikanth has left for Himalayas. It is said he would visit various places including the Babaji cave, during his one-week long trip.
“He will also visit the ashram of his spiritual guru Swami Dayananda Saraswathi. He will meet saints and seek their blessings for his political entry,” sources said.
On work front, Rajini has completed shooting for his next two films – Shankar’s ‘2.0’ and Pa Ranjith’s ‘Kaala’, with the latter set to hit the screens on April 27.
Meanwhile on political front, he is set to float his political party soon and announced office-bearers of Makkal Mandram for Thanjavur district on Friday.
On Monday last, speaking at an event in Chennai, he explained as to why he is entering politics. “Two great leaders- Jayalalithaa is not there and Karunanidhi has advanced in years. There is vacuum now. That’s why I’m coming. To give leadership,” he said after unveiling a statue of MGR.
