Even Superstar Rajinikanth is no exception when it comes to failed love affair in the life of a man. The ‘thalaivar’ himself has revealed this, during an interaction at the recently held Nadigar Sangam star night in Malaysia.
“When I was studying in high school, I had a crush but my first love wasn’t a success,” he said, without revealing the name of the girl.
Rajini added: “I cannot forget it. Everybody’s first love stays in their hearts. Many have succeeded in their first love and many have failed in it. I failed in my first love.”
When the focus shifted to politics, Vivek asked the superstar whether he felt he missed out on the political opportunity that came his way in 1996. And Rajini replied, “I have not worried about it even for a second.”
On his first visit to Malaysia with Kamal Haasan for the shoot of their mentor K Balachander’s ‘Ninaithale Innikkum’, Rajini said, “During that time, Kamal was a big star but he embraced and showered me with a lot of love and affection. After the shoot, Kamal and I used to enjoy the nightlife until 3 am in the morning. It was a wonderful experience, we can’t forget those golden moments.”
